Abstract

Various factors, including organizational culture, often cause unsatisfactory results in institutional performance. So, it is essential to test whether organizational culture factors influence performance. Additionally, this study will investigate whether organizational culture affects the Aceh People's
Representative Council's (DPR) effectiveness. Statistical tests and quantitative procedures were applied to obtain data for this study. The study's findings demonstrated that organizational culture did not considerably or favorably impact the Aceh People's Representative Council employees. Workplace stress is positively and significantly affected by organizational culture. Likewise, the Aceh People's Representative Council's performance supports the premise that organizational culture has no appreciable and positive impact on work-related stress. Thus, while organizational culture influences work stress, it has little effect on performance.
