    Volume 2 of the Journal of Management Change in Digital Era (JMCDE) demonstrates the journal’s rapid development and growing scholarly engagement, featuring twenty-one peer-reviewed research articles that examine management transformation across digitally driven organizational, industrial, and societal contexts.

    The contributions in this volume address a broad range of management change phenomena shaped by digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital finance, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making. Several studies focus on process reengineering and quality management in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and financial services, highlighting how digitalization reshapes operational structures and service delivery.

    Volume 1, Number 1 (2024) marks the inaugural issue of the Journal of Management Change in Digital Era (JMCDE). This issue presents ten peer-reviewed research articles that examine how digital technologies, innovation processes, and institutional contexts drive managerial and organizational change in contemporary economies.

    The contributions address a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence and innovation dynamics, product and service innovation, digital finance and payment systems, Internet of Things applications, platform-based services, organizational culture, leadership practices, and entrepreneurial readiness. Together, these studies highlight both the technological and human dimensions of management change under conditions of digital transformation.
