The Journal of Service, Innovation and Sustainable Development (JSISD) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in JSISD are made available online without charge to readers. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles for lawful academic and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal.
