Aims and Scope

Journal of Service, Innovation and Sustainable Development (JSISD) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access academic journal dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of service studies, innovation, and sustainable development. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how service innovation, digital transformation, organizational change, and interdisciplinary management approaches contribute to sustainable economic, social, and environmental progress.
